L&D support for organisations
You have the knowledge. I help you transfer it through better training, stronger trainers, and effective learning programmes.
Organisations often have more expertise internally than they realise. What they need is someone who can help structure it, shape it into effective learning experiences, and equip the right people to deliver it with confidence.
That is where I work. On a project or consultancy basis, I support L&D teams and managers with the practical side of knowledge transfer: from the design table to the training room.

How I can help

Training design & development training
I translate complex knowledge into clear, engaging learning materials, whether that is a workshop, an onboarding programme, or a full training curriculum. I work with your content, your context, and your people.

Train-the-trainer
I equip and train internal employees to deliver training with confidence and impact. Not just what to say, but how to say it: structuring content, reading a room, managing a group, and handling the unexpected.

L&D Consultancy
I identify where your internal knowledge transfer is losing impact and advise on how to address it. This can include programme audits, learning strategy input, or hands-on support during a specific project or transition.
Not sure which of these fits your situation? That is exactly what a first conversation is for! Every project starts with understanding what you are trying to achieve and building from there.
I work independently, which means direct communication, clear agreements, and no layers between you and the person doing the work.
My background is in language education, rhetoric and intercultural communication. I listen carefully, ask the right questions and translate what I hear into concrete learning goals and deliverables. I work in a structured way, so you’re always updated.
